Welcome to Northern Comfort Furniture LTD. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or making a purchase. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders and Deliveries

1.1. **Free Delivery and Fitting:** We offer free delivery and fitting services to the ground floor of your specified delivery address.

1.2. **Upper Floor Deliveries:** For deliveries that are not made to the ground floor of a building, including homes, shops, or flats, a standing charge of £40 will be applied for the first floor, and an additional £10 for each subsequent floor.

1.3. **Door and Furniture Measurements:** It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the measurements of the door and furniture are checked prior to delivery. If, for any reason, the suite does not fit into your home, you must either accept the delivery or refuse it and cover a £200 charge for delivery and return.

1.4. **Adequate Space for Delivery:** Any damages caused to property or product during delivery due to inadequate space to deliver or manoeuvre the product will not be covered by Northern Comfort Furniture LTD.

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1. **Manufacturing Issues:** We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for items with manufacturing issues. You may choose a replacement or opt for a full refund.

2.2. **Change of Mind:** If you wish to return a standard item due to a change of mind, a total of £200 will be deducted from your refund to cover delivery and collection charges.

2.3. **Bespoke Orders:** We do not offer refunds for bespoke orders unless there is a manufacturing fault. Bespoke orders are made to customer custom measurements, and full payment is required to process the order.

2.4. **Condition of Returns:** All returns must be returned in the same condition as delivered, without any marks or scratches.

3. Ordering Process

3.1. By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3.2. Northern Comfort Furniture LTD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

4. Payment

4.1. All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4.2. Prices are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

4.3. **Bespoke Orders Payment:** All bespoke orders require full payment to process.

4.4. **Payment Options:** We offer various payment options at checkout on our website, including different finance options.

4.5. **Cash on Delivery:** We offer a cash on delivery option, which requires a minimum deposit of £100.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1. **Right to Cancel:** Customers have the right to cancel their order within 72 hours of placing it without any penalty.

5.2. **Late Cancellations:** If the order is cancelled after 72 hours, a £200 penalty charge will apply to cover the costs of the business.

6. Warranty

6.1. **12-Month Manufacturing Warranty:** All products come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This warranty covers the frame and foam of the products.

6.2. **Exclusions:** The warranty does not cover the material of the product due to wear and tear.

6.3. **Claim Limit:** A customer can only make one claim during the warranty period.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Northern Comfort Furniture LTD and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Northern Comfort Furniture LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9.2. **Delivery Damages:** Any damages caused to property or product during delivery due to inadequate space to deliver or manoeuvre the product will not be covered by Northern Comfort Furniture LTD.

10. Modifications

10.1. Northern Comfort Furniture LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
