Please note we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. We will not accept returns if the product is used/damaged. The product will be assessed by the delivery team and photographic evidence will be taken to be used to confirm collection has been made or collection has been rejected. Please note delivery and collection charge will be deducted from the total amount of the refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault in that circumstance a full refund will be processed.
